Delivery
1. The Seller accepts Orders for delivery only within the territory of the Russian Federation. The Seller does not deliver to certain addresses, in particular to locations with restricted access (military units, penitentiary (correctional) institutions, restricted zones, other restricted facilities, pickup points, P.O. boxes). 2. If an Order contains several Products, the Order will be shipped only when all Products are available (partial delivery will not be made unless otherwise agreed between the Buyer and the Seller). 3. Delivery of the Order is carried out by a carrier (transport company) authorized by the Seller or by the Seller's courier service (the "AUTHORIZED CARRIER"). Transfer of the Product to the Authorized Carrier for delivery to the Buyer is carried out only after full payment of the Order. The Seller may unilaterally engage other reliable transport companies or courier services or deliver the Product itself (in which case all references to the Authorized Carrier in this section apply to a person other than the Authorized Carrier and to the delivery person specified in the Order Confirmation). 4. A representative of the Seller or the Authorized Carrier will contact the Buyer to clarify the address, date and time of delivery. The Buyer may inform the Authorized Carrier's representative of a new address, date and/or time of delivery, after which the Seller will contact the Buyer to confirm and agree on the new address, date and/or time of delivery. The delivery address may be changed only within one locality. The delivery date and time may be changed by no more than three (3) calendar days. In any case, the right to agree on the new address, date and/or time of delivery remains with the Seller. 5. The Seller will use all reasonable efforts to ensure delivery within the delivery time period from the date of written Order Confirmation and in any case within thirty (30) days after that date, except where the purchase involves a Product for which additional delivery time has been communicated to the Buyer in advance, for example a Product personalized and/or produced in accordance with the Buyer's instructions.
6. When ordering through the Website, the Buyer will be able to choose a specific delivery date, which will be offered in the special "Delivery Date" section. Any date specified by the Buyer requires confirmation by the Seller. 7. If delivery of the Product is delayed for reasons beyond the Seller's control, the Buyer will be notified of the delay at the first opportunity and the Seller will use all reasonable efforts to reduce the delay in delivery of the Product. If the Seller does not deliver within thirty (30) days from the date of written Order Confirmation or another period designated by the Seller, the Buyer has the right to cancel the relevant Order and demand a refund of the funds paid for any Product that has not been received. 8. The Seller will require the personal signature (electronic or handwritten) of the Buyer or the signature of a person authorized by the Buyer at the specified delivery address to confirm delivery of the Product, and from that moment the Seller's obligation to transfer the Product is deemed fulfilled and the risk and responsibility for the purchased Product passes to the Buyer. If the Buyer has indicated another person as the recipient (for example, for delivery of the Product as a gift), the Buyer understands and agrees that signing by such recipient is evidence of delivery and performance of the sales contract by the Seller. The Seller is entitled to deliver Products only to the person identified as the recipient of the Order in the Order Confirmation, and may also require passport verification for delivery of certain categories of Products. 9. If delivery of the Product is made within the time period set by the contract, but the Product was not handed to the recipient of the Order specified in the Order Confirmation due to their fault, subsequent delivery will be made within new timeframes agreed with the Seller, after the Buyer pays the cost of the Product delivery services.
